Following on from my midday update, if the morning session was anything to go by, the second half of the day absolutely blew me away. There was no short of quality presentations and frankly, there were too many sessions for me to keep up with. I’ve decided to write up a few of the key points from some of the standout talks.
Kicking off with day two of the Sourcing Summit. The atmosphere is still buzzing and we’ve already covered 3 out of the 12 sessions for the day. Here’s what we’ve learnt so far:
This was my highlight for the day. With the schedule at hand, I eagerly awaited for Riges’ workshop. The reason for my excitement was that I felt that this topic covered an area that isn’t often talked about (phone work) and I thought it would also offer me some practical knowledge for when I got back into the field. To say the least, I wasn’t disappointed.
I’m sure you’re all keen to get straight into the content of this workshop. So here we go.
